What is Migrevention Patient Manager?

Migrevention Patient Manager (hereafter also Patient Manager) is a digital platform that enables remote monitoring of headache frequency, medication intake, medication efficiency, triggers, and alleviators of migraine and headache patients that are entered by Migrevention Migraine and Headache App (Migrevention app) users. It is part of Migrevention Digital Headache Clinic solution, the other part being Migrevention App.

Who is it for?

Patient Manager is intended to be used by healthcare providers for primary headache patients' disease management and support.

Patient Manager can not be used as a standalone part of the Device since the processable data originates from connected Migrevention App users and requires data syncing.
Patient Manager is only available for healthcare providers.

How to use the Migrevention
Patient Manager?

The Patient Manager offers the user a convenient tool for remote monitoring of Migrevention App users headache diary entries. The device visualises this information in tables and intuitive charts that allow the user to discover trends in the entered data. 

The Device enables asynchronous communication via chat between users of the two part of the Device.

The live environment for Migrevention Patient Manager is set up at https://live.migrevention.com/home/login. Upon ordering access and starting the use of Migrevention Patient Manager an modified URL will be created: https://XXX.migrevention.com/home/login with XXX replaced with desired name by the healthcare provider.

On Patient Manager dashboard available functions depend on the access role you are given. The functionalities for patient remote monitoring include:

  • List of all patients who have an active subscription or prescription for the application.

    In this view the specialist could:

    • open a specific patient from the list that enables a patient headache diary overview,

    • use “open chat” button, which opens a chat service that enables asynchronous communication between the patient and the specialist.
